Join Philly Tech Sistas for Wine & Code where you are provided with coding challenges to solve while sipping on a nice glass of wine.
Python is easy to learn for beginners and is one of the most popular programming languages right now. It can be used for a wide range of applications, including web development, data analysis, scientific computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and more.
With the rise of data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, there is a growing demand for Python developers in many industries.
Our Intro to Python workshop is designed to be a hands-on experience in a fun, social, laid-back environment.
During the session, you'll get to learn the following:
Introduction to Python
Create a Python script
Make a basic API call
Resources that are available if you’d like to continue learning at home
How to Prepare:
Must be at least 21 years old to attend
No coding experience is necessary
Laptop is required with administrative permissions
Please remember to bring your own power cord
Have a web browser installed on your laptop such as Chrome or FireFox
